Purely You only sell authentic products. Only authentic products are sold and directly received from the manufacturer or acquired from its authorized distributors. Prior to dispatch, there is a multi-level quality check, meaning prospects of counterfeit goods are nil.

All our skin care products are dermatologically tested, though we recommend a patch test before you apply.

Returns policy

Purely you give the customers the 'Easy return policy'. You can raise a return/exchange for a product at any time within 7 days of delivery. A return/exchange can only be raised against damaged, missing, or wrong products.

Parcel unboxing video is not optional. You should submit a request for return or replacement before 48 hours of date of delivery.

Step 1: Within the next 48 hours of the receipt of instruction from our Customer Service team;

Step 2: E-mail all the relevant information to us of the Order ID in addition to your return/ replacement request, or any question about getting a refund involving one of the orders. Include a photo of a brown shipping box for each invoice in the attachments as evidenced by our standard.

Step 3: We will collect the products within 2-4 working days. Once we receive the products in original packaging with seal, labels, and barcodes, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.

Special Instructions for Reverse Pickup:

The reverse product would be assigned in 24-48 hours. Then the product could be picked in another 2-4 working days.

We will start our refund process once we receive the product along with the packing box and check it.

Note: 

In case it needs to be replaced, of course, it will all depend on the availability of stock. Heads up here though-if we cannot replace it, we can refund it back to you, depending on the amount of the invoice.

The free gift is provided with the product order. It needs to be returned with the same product that was delivered at first.

If more than one product has been issued from the same order which is defective then all such products will be dealt with in one incident at the time of complaint lodging and not separately.

You can make returns at an item level which means you can trigger returns, replacement, or even refund of any of these particular items if you have ordered those. However, the need is that a product should be returned to the return address in full which includes all its components; any complimentary gifts or things that went along with these products are also to be returned back.

The reasons listed below are the ones for which returns cannot be accepted.

  • Damaged as it has been misused/overused.
  • Used or open sealed products
  • Returned without the original packaging consisting, shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is torn.
  • It bears an altered serial number.
  • Defective and under no more warranty of Seller/Manufacturer.
  • Product is consumed or transformed.
  • If the request is done then 48 hours of order delivery.
  • Complimentary In-house product of the brand.
  • The kit/set/combos are not returned and replaced by an individual. Instead, the kit is replaced as an entirety in case it gets damaged or defective.
  • Products sold under the Sale or Clearance Section are not returnable or replaceable unless, of course, the item arrives in a condition that is damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.

Refund policy:

The amount would be returned within 15 days from the date on which Purely You has received goods returned by the customer. If, in case the order has been pre-paid through any Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking, then the same would get credited back into account from where it had been extracted within a period of 7-10 working days.

Once we get back the products and your bank details via email within 7-10 business hours, we will process the amount of refund via bank transfer or UPI transfer based on the banking details you have provided. Again, this amount will take another 2-3 business days to be reflected in your account.

Cancellation policy

You can only cancel an order when it has not shipped. If you change your mind, cancel the product within 2 hours of the order request. You write to us at https://www.purelyyou.co.uk/ stating that you have changed your decision and that you want it cancelled. Or you just call us at 02922520465 (Mon - Sat: 10 am - 6 PM), to cancel your order.

We shall cancel the same within a maximum of 24 hours upon generating a request to cancel particular items of an order. The same will be intimated through e-mail to you.

That would be canceled with immediate effect and all money returned to you within 24-48 business hours later than that, only upon proper completion of internal processing of the said cancellation request.

In case of cancellation made once shipment has left or is coming back; we process a refund based on the time that elapses while our warehouse receives and clears up products (Applicable only when you have submitted this request for cancellation 2 hours after the order placing time).
